As we’ve seen in 2023, many brands are stepping away from conventional advertising, instead opting for creative and often unexpected social media marketing strategies. On the whole, the marketing trends we found highlight a shift towards more personalised, technology-driven, and experience-focused marketing strategies, reflecting the evolving preferences and expectations of diverse consumers.

Not totally surprising that consumers are increasingly valuing brands that prioritise sustainability and social responsibility. Marketing strategies are likely to emphasise eco-friendly practices, corporate social responsibility, and transparent communication about ethical business practices.

We’re not surprised that this will rise in 2024, as businesses are leveraging advanced technologies to gain valuable insights and provide personalised experiences to their users more than ever.

Building and nurturing online communities around a brand or product is a trend that may continue to grow in the next year. Brands can leverage social media and other platforms to create spaces where customers can connect with each other and the brand and this is super value.
